Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient service to all customers in person and via phone
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
- Assist with product inquiries and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain clean, organized retail/service environment
- Collaborate with team to resolve customer issues promptly
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment
