Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person and digital channels during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising operations
- Collaborate with evening team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
Qualifications
