- Resolve billing issues and product concerns efficiently using CRM systems
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accuracy standards
- Document all customer interactions in our centralized database for continuity
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless service transitions
- Identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs and product knowledge
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product expertise
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program
- Strong verbal communication skills with clear phone etiquette
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Ability to work independently during evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)
