- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction
- Process transactions and handle returns
- Attend weekly evening team meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months customer service experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during evening shifts
- Basic proficiency with CRM software
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to work 3-4 evenings per week (5 PM - 10 PM)
