- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person during evening hours (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image
- Process transactions and update customer records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows
- Assist with evening inventory management and store operations

Qualifications
