Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in person and via phone during evening/weekend hours
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Stock shelves and maintain organized, visually appealing product displays
- Assist with inventory management and store cleanliness protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift operations
- Adhere to all safety and company policies during evening shifts
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekend availability
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
