Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service during evening hours (4-10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash accountability
- Manage product displays and maintain store appearance according to brand standards
- Assist with inventory management including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and solution-oriented approaches
- Collaborate with day-shift staff for seamless store operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during closing procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience
- Availability to work 4-10 PM shifts, Monday-Saturday (Sundays off)
- Proficient with POS systems and basic math skills
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Reliable transportation to/from 505 Central Ave SE
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must pass background check and drug screening
