Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences using provided retail equipment and tools
- Operate POS systems and inventory management tools to process transactions
- Stock and organize merchandise using provided equipment and displays
- Maintain visual merchandising standards with provided fixtures and signage
- Process returns/exchanges using provided equipment and protocols
- Collaborate with team members using shared communication tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Basic computer literacy for provided POS systems
- Ability to operate provided retail equipment (hand scanners, displays, etc.)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and team collaboration mindset
