Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions, resolve inquiries, and maintain accurate client records
- Collaborate with day-team staff to ensure seamless service continuity
- Operate POS systems and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Contribute to weekend rotational coverage as needed

Qualifications
