Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality
- Maintain deep knowledge of company products and services
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics (CSAT, FCR)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 6+ months customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in remote environment
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Available 20-30 hours/week (evening shifts)
