Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
- Resolve service issues using CRM tools and established protocols
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk systems
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex cases
- Meet daily performance metrics including resolution rates and CSAT scores

Qualifications
