Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve product/service issues using problem-solving techniques and CRM tools
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Document interactions and update customer profiles in Salesforce
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for call quality and resolution times
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 6+ months customer service experience in call center or retail
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must pass background check and drug screening
