Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, chat, and email during evening and weekend hours.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for clients with patience and efficiency.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex escalations and improve processes.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold company brand standards at all times.
- Assist in training new hires and sharing best practices with the team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection is mandatory for remote roles.
- Ability to work flexible evening and weekend schedules, including holidays.
