About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Customer Service Associate to join our front-of-house team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience through exceptional service and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products or answering questions.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Restock shelves and displays to ensure the store is well-maintained and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages to the management team.
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy and reconcile daily sales.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability for evening shifts and weekends is mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
