Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat during evening hours (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently
- Process orders, returns, and transactions with accuracy
- Collaborate with day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity
- Maintain detailed customer records in CRM systems
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote company services
- Adhere to all company policies and security protocols
Qualifications
