Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person and virtual customer support during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Manage member registrations, facility bookings, and program enrollments with precision
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records using our POS system
- Assist with event setup, cleanup, and operational readiness for evening activities
- Resolve inquiries promptly while maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere
- Collaborate with day staff to ensure seamless service transitions
- Uphold safety protocols and facility cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students encouraged to apply)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience
- Availability to work 3-5 evenings weekly (schedule flexibility required)
- Proficiency with basic office technology and point-of-sale systems
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Spanish highly valued
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
