Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to guests during evening hours
- Manage guest check-ins, reservations, and inquiries with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Coordinate with security and maintenance teams for venue operations
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as scheduled
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards across all guest areas
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Available to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) weekends and holidays
