Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain immaculate workspace including espresso machines, grinders, and customer areas
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Collaborate with team to manage inventory, restock supplies, and uphold quality standards
- Contribute to a positive team environment through communication and mutual support
- Participate in ongoing product training to expand coffee knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with espresso preparation
- Deep knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to multitask in busy settings
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
