Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally during evening shifts.
- Process returns, exchanges, and service requests with accuracy.

- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call resolution and satisfaction.
Qualifications

- Reliable transportation (required for evening commute).
- Ability to work a consistent schedule, primarily between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
