Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor during evening hours.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person regarding products and services.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with the evening management team to ensure store operational standards are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
