Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service in-store and via phone/email
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store presentation
- Support promotional events and seasonal campaigns
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school or college (students welcome!)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM, weekdays and weekends)
