Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Answer incoming phone calls and resolve customer inquiries or route them to the appropriate department.
- Assist with inventory stocking, organization, and basic visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during the evening shift.
- Monitor store appearance and maintain cleanliness standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings, specifically 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights.
