- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date client records.
- Assist in the organization and inventory management of our warehouse stock.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workspace for all team members.
- Collaborate with day-shift staff to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Handle basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to senior management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
