Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee beverages including espresso, lattes, and pour-overs
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening peak hours (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Manage cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of service areas and equipment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless evening operations
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays consistently
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
