Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, espresso, and tea beverages
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked stations and equipment
- Process cash and digital payments accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with team members during peak evening rush periods
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) including weekends
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
