Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, teas, and pastries with precision and flair
- Provide outstanding customer service through personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain a pristine, organized workspace and uphold strict food safety standards
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions efficiently
- Collaborate with team members during peak evening rush periods

Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory

- Must be 18+ to handle evening shifts
