Our Paradise Road location offers a modern, fast-paced atmosphere with state-of-the-art equipment and a commitment to sustainability. As an Evening Barista, you'll be the final touchpoint for our guests' day, making every interaction memorable. We provide comprehensive training and opportunities for growth within our expanding Las Vegas locations.
Shifts typically run 4-6 hours, Monday-Sunday, between 4 PM - 11 PM. Must be available at least 2 weekend nights per week. This role includes occasional holiday and event coverage with premium pay.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages, espresso drinks, and non-alcoholic menu items with precision and artistry
- Provide exceptional customer service, including upselling products and resolving guest inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee station, equipment, and customer seating areas
- Process cash and digital payments accurately using POS systems
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with evening team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Adhere to food safety standards and health department regulations
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred (training provided)
- Ability to work standing for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Must be 18+ years old to handle cash transactions
- Positive attitude and passion for coffee culture
- Reliable transportation to Paradise Road location
