Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure a clean and inviting store environment.
- Process transactions accurately at the register using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cash management and security checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales and performance targets.
- Keep the sales floor tidy and maintain safety standards throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliability and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
