Responsibilities
- Unload, organize, and merchandise incoming shipments according to company standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in cycle counts
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards throughout all areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment safely and responsibly
- Assist with floor recovery and price verification tasks
- Participate in quarterly safety training sessions
Qualifications
- Must be available to start shifts between 4:00 AM - 6:00 AM
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-provided)
