Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately sort incoming merchandise and inventory.
- Restock shelves and organize warehouse storage areas to maintain high standards.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Collaborate with the night shift team to ensure timely processing of customer orders.
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks efficiently during peak times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required for entry-level).
- Ability to work evening shifts and weekends reliably.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Excellent time management and teamwork skills.
