Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries and sales transactions during evening hours.
- Process payments accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized sales floor to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Handle customer concerns and feedback professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless inventory management.
- Monitor store security and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Complete daily shift reports and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
