As an Evening Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our community in Baltimore has access to top-quality products and service during our peak evening hours.
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Operations: Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Transactions: Process sales accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Inventory: Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management tasks.
- Team Support: Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations.
- Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Skills: Basic math skills and the ability to use technology (smartphones/tablets).
- Reliability: A dependable work history and consistent attendance record.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation is required to commute to our Baltimore location.
