Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist with merchandising, inventory counts, and store maintenance
- Operate cash registers and handle cash/credit transactions
- Answer customer inquiries about products and services
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store appearance
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- Must be available 3-5 evenings per week (Mon-Fri) + occasional weekends
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
