Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a warm, professional, and welcoming smile upon entering the store.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit cards, checks, and gift cards with strict attention to detail and 100% accuracy.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and store policies.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing checkout area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle money accurately.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Must be available to start immediately and work flexible shifts, including weekends.
