Responsibilities
- Process in-store and online payments with precision using POS systems and virtual checkout platforms
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat while maintaining brand voice standards
- Balance daily transactions and reconcile remote payment gateways with physical register data
- Assist with inventory management through digital tools during remote shifts
- Train on proprietary remote cashier software and mobile payment protocols
- Collaborate with store managers on digital customer experience improvements
- Maintain PCI compliance standards for all payment processing activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and virtual payment platforms (Square, PayPal, Shopify)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills for remote customer interactions
- Ability to work independently while adhering to company protocols in hybrid setting
