Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through prompt assistance and problem-solving
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling protocols
- Support daily operations including inventory management, restocking, and store maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth evening shift transitions
- Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, organized environment
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional displays
- Document daily operations and report any issues to shift supervisors
Qualifications
- Flexible availability for evening shifts (typically 4 PM - 10 PM, weekends required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
