Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours.
- Process and verify incoming orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.

- Monitor daily operational metrics and prepare brief status reports.

- Assist in training new hires during onboarding shifts.
Qualifications
