Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests in a timely manner during evening peak hours
- Manage reservation system and waitlist with precision
- Coordinate with servers to ensure seamless table turnover
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Assist with maintaining a clean and welcoming lobby area
- Process payments and manage POS systems efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to maintain service standards
Qualifications
- Previous host or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
