Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with warm, professional demeanor
- Manage reservation system and waitlist efficiently during peak hours
- Coordinate with servers to ensure seamless table turnover
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with exceptional service
- Maintain clean, organized lobby and waiting areas
- Assist with opening/closing procedures as assigned
- Collaborate with team to maintain positive guest flow
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced evening environments
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

- Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods
