Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Manage reservation systems and waitlist during peak evening hours
- Coordinate with servers to ensure seamless table turnover
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Assist with opening/closing procedures including sanitizing stations
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Must be available evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) weekends
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
