Responsibilities
- Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements during peak evening hours
- Provide warm, professional greetings to all guests within 30 seconds of arrival
- Coordinate with servers to ensure seamless table turnover and optimal seating flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with exceptional service
- Assist with maintaining a clean, organized host stand and waiting area
- Collaborate with management on daily operations and special events
- Process payments and manage POS systems during shift transitions
Qualifications
- Evening/weekend availability (5:00 PM - 11:00 PM shifts)
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
- Basic math and POS system proficiency
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be 18+ years old
- Local Denver residency required for consistent scheduling
