Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Manage reservation system and waitlist efficiently
- Answer phone inquiries and take dining reservations
- Coordinate with servers to ensure smooth table turnover
- Maintain clean and organized host stand area
- Assist with light cleaning duties during slower periods
- Upsell specials and promotions when appropriate
Qualifications
- Must be available evenings (4 PM - 11 PM), weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual and reliable with strong work ethic
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and customer service mindset
- Basic math skills for handling cash and reservations
