Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized interactions and problem-solving
- Manage efficient front-of-house operations during evening shifts (5 PM - 1 AM)
- Process payments accurately and maintain cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service delivery
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards exceed regulatory requirements
- Train and mentor new team members during evening operations
- Implement upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and revenue
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students encouraged to apply)
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Valid food handler certification (training provided)
