- Greet and assist evening guests with check-ins, inquiries, and special requests
- Manage front desk operations including reservations and payment processing
- Maintain pristine common areas and guest amenities during evening hours
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Handle light administrative duties including reporting and documentation
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability evenings (typically 4 PM - 11 PM)
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
