Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized service to guests during dinner and late-evening hours
- Expertly manage table rotations and seating arrangements in a fast-paced environment
- Process payments accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow
- Maintain pristine dining standards through constant table resets and sanitation
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and proactive problem-solving
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in fine dining or high-volume hospitality
- Flexible availability including evenings (5 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Exceptional communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently during peak service periods
- Basic knowledge of wine/beer service and menu components
- Food Handler and Alcohol Service certifications (or willingness to obtain)
