Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during evening hours (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Prepare and serve beverages with precision and flair
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and presentation of all service areas
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for evening shifts (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Basic cash handling and POS proficiency
- Knowledge of New Orleans culture and attractions a plus
- Valid Louisiana food handler certification
