Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service in a high-volume evening dining environment
- Process payments accurately using POS systems while maintaining security protocols
- Prepare and present food/beverages according to premium standards
- Manage reservation systems and optimize table turnover efficiency
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service flow
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
