Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with attention to detail and personalized guest interactions
- Manage reservations, seating, and guest flow during peak evening hours
- Process payments accurately using POS systems while maintaining financial integrity
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless order execution and timing
- Maintain pristine dining environments through constant cleanliness and organization
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism
- Upsell premium menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in high-pressure situations
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Must be 21+ years old for alcohol service position
