Responsibilities
- Provide warm, personalized check-in/check-out services for evening guests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with security and maintenance teams for venue operations
- Execute event setup and breakdown for evening entertainment activities
- Monitor guest areas to ensure safety and comfort standards
- Update guest preference profiles for future personalized service
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays (4 PM - 12 AM shifts)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and reservation software
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid NV gaming card (if applicable to role)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Positive attitude and passion for Las Vegas entertainment scene
