Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during evening operations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our POS system
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Collaborate with day staff for seamless operations handover
- Ensure venue cleanliness and safety standards are maintained
- Assist with inventory management and supply restocking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
